One of the biggest assets that we have today is the maintaining a record of the number of customers, their behavior across the year and across categories. We know people who have a car, buy car insurance, and also travel abroad because they buy travel insurance. So the way work currently is by using the database we have by building predictive models which would help us reach out to customers and pitch different products. We also use this database to target them on social network for various other touch points which could also be about reminding them about renewal of the product.
